Mai Kai is a condominium complex that contracted Mellick Construction to replace and restore units on site. Mai Kai Buildings C through T were reprised with new windows and siding and will be undergoing concrete restoration for the property's stairs. In addition to window replacement, siding updates, concrete restoration – air conditioning units are being installed as well.
